上海首个以乡村咖啡为主题的青年岗位建功联盟成立The first youth job achievement alliance in Shanghai with rural coffee as the theme has been established

中国青年报客户端讯（中青报·中青网记者王烨捷）6月17日，上海市金山区青年岗位建功集体交流活动暨“青”智汇湾区讲座在金山区廊下镇举行，来自金山区科技创新、乡村振兴、城市治理、公共服务、经济建设等领域的90余家青年岗位建功集体负责人及青年代表齐聚一堂，碰撞思路、凝聚共识。

活动现场，“心动de村咖”青年岗位建功联盟宣布成立。这是上海首个以乡村咖啡业态为主题的青年岗位建功联盟。联盟负责人由“SoNew农建村咖”主理人、90后返乡青年陆天鹏担任。这位曾每日往返市区通勤的年轻人，如今扎根金山卫镇农建村，将一家乡村咖啡馆经营成连接城乡的社交热点。

据悉，此前共青团金山区委员会发布了“心动de村咖”地图，收录28家独具特色的咖啡店。其中的14家咖啡店成为该联盟的首批联盟单位。联盟成立后，将建立“季季有主题”常态化交流机制，开展主理人互访、行业研讨、跨界对话、创意市集等活动，让散落在各镇的村咖青年从“单打独斗”走向“抱团建功”。

这些散落在古镇、森林和田野间的咖啡馆，已突破单一饮品模式，各自探索出独特风味：山阳田园咖啡博物馆用本地“上师大19号”大米拼配云南咖啡豆，做出“米咖”；吕巷镇太平村禀质堂推出桑葚黄精膏美式、姜枣膏拿铁等膏方咖啡；金山卫镇星火村星洲·Cafe则按季节推出桂花酒酿拿铁、桃子生梨系列等时令特调。

At the event, the "Heartbeat Village Coffee" Youth Job Achievement Alliance was announced to be established. This is the first youth job achievement alliance in Shanghai with the theme of rural coffee industry. The leader of the alliance is Lu Tianpeng, the manager of "SoNew Agricultural Construction Village Coffee" and a young returnee born in the 1990s. This young man, who used to commute to and from the city every day, is now rooted in Nongjian Village, Jinshanwei Town, and has turned a rural caf é into a social hotspot connecting urban and rural areas.

It is reported that the Communist Youth League Jinshan District Committee previously released the "Heartbeat Village Coffee" map, which includes 28 unique coffee shops. Among them, 14 coffee shops became the first batch of alliance units of the alliance. After the establishment of the alliance, a "seasonal themed" regular communication mechanism will be established to carry out activities such as mutual visits between managers, industry discussions, cross-border dialogues, and creative markets, allowing village coffee and youth scattered in various towns to move from "fighting alone" to "building together".

These coffee shops scattered among ancient towns, forests, and fields have broken through the single beverage model and explored their own unique flavors: the Shanyang Rural Coffee Museum uses local "Shanghai Normal University No. 19" rice to blend with Yunnan coffee beans to make "rice coffee"; Shengzhi Hall in Taiping Village, Lvxiang Town has launched cream coffee such as Mulberry Yellow Essence Cream American style and Ginger Jujube Cream Latte; Xingzhou Cafe in Xinghuo Village, Jinshanwei Town, offers seasonal specials such as osmanthus wine brewed latte and peach pear series.
