查扣1.7万支有毒“减肥咖啡” 新化公安打掉网络销售团伙Confiscate 17000 units of toxic 'weight loss coffee', Xinhua police dismantle online sales gang

红网时刻新闻7月23日讯（通讯员 曾佳鹏）近日，新化县有群众反映，在辖区某网店购买“减肥咖啡”服用后出现血压升高、心率加快等不适症状。新化县公安局上梅派出所接到市场监管部门移送线索后，联合多警种协同攻坚、循线深挖，成功侦破一起网络销售有毒、有害食品案，刑事打处5人，查扣添加国家明令禁药西布曲明的“减肥咖啡”1.7万余支，涉案金额近60万元。

7月初，上梅派出所接到市场监管部门移送线索后迅速行动，经深度研判核查，精准锁定犯罪团伙成员，全面固定证据，摸清其网络销售渠道等情况。

7月8日，收网时机成熟。上梅派出所联合森林公安及上渡、孟公等派出所多警协同、集中收网，在上梅街道等地抓获曾某跃等5名犯罪嫌疑人，同时在枫林街道某农贸市场仓储点及嫌疑人家中查获“减肥咖啡”共计1.7万余支。

当场查扣1.7万余支“减肥咖啡”。

经查，2026年4月以来，曾某跃伙同陈某、曾某煌等人通过非法渠道网购添加西布曲明有毒成分的“三无”咖啡，在多个电商平台注册10余家网店进行销售，并谎称“不忌口、极速瘦、无副作用”欺骗消费者，累计销售金额近60万元。

目前，曾某跃、曾某煌、陈某等5人因涉嫌销售有毒、有害食品罪被依法采取刑事强制措施，案件在进一步侦办中。

After receiving clues from the market supervision department, the Shangmei Police Station of Xinhua County Public Security Bureau joined forces with multiple police departments to tackle and dig deep along the line, successfully solving a case of online sales of toxic and harmful food. Five people were criminally punished, and more than 17000 "weight loss coffee" bottles containing the national banned drug sibutramine were confiscated, with a total amount of nearly 600000 yuan involved.

In early July, the Shangmei Police Station quickly took action after receiving clues transferred by the market supervision department. After in-depth analysis and verification, the members of the criminal gang were accurately identified, evidence was comprehensively fixed, and the network sales channels were thoroughly investigated.

On July 8th, the time is ripe to close the network. Shangmei Police Station, together with the Forest Public Security Bureau, Shangdu Police Station, Menggong Police Station and other police stations, coordinated and centralized the network, and captured five suspect including Zeng Yiyue in Shangmei Street and other places. At the same time, more than 17000 pieces of "weight loss coffee" were seized in the warehouse of a farmer's market in Fenglin Street and the suspect's home.

More than 17000 "weight loss coffee" were confiscated on the spot.

After investigation, since April 2026, Zeng Mouyue, together with Chen Mou, Zeng Mouhuang and others, has illegally purchased "three no" coffee containing toxic ingredients such as sibutramine through online shopping channels. They have registered more than 10 online stores on multiple e-commerce platforms for sale and falsely claimed that they have "no dietary restrictions, rapid weight loss, and no side effects" to deceive consumers, with a cumulative sales amount of nearly 600000 yuan.

Currently, five individuals including Zeng Mouyue, Zeng Mouhuang, and Chen have been subjected to criminal coercive measures in accordance with the law on suspicion of selling toxic and harmful food. The case is under further investigation.
