本期专访 S.O.E COFFEE 主理人魏凌鹏，他是中国大陆首位 CQI 认证精品咖啡品鉴师，同时持有 WBC 世界咖啡师大赛国际评委资质。
魏凌鹏本科就读于中国人民大学人力资源专业，2004年，他凭着一腔热爱，跨界投身咖啡行业。品牌取名“八平方”的灵感，源自国际象棋棋盘的“8x8布局”。当下，咖啡市场竞争愈演愈烈，他始终坚守品质，严选优质生豆、钻研烘焙工艺。他开办的培训学校，二十多年来已累计培训了上万名咖啡爱好者。
褪去荣誉的光环，他心中藏着简单期许，待到年岁渐长，寻一间安静小店，只为相遇的有缘人亲手冲煮一杯纯粹咖啡。

In this issue, we have an exclusive interview with Wei Lingpeng, the manager of S.O.E COFFEE. He is the first CQI certified boutique coffee appraiser in Chinese Mainland and holds the qualification of international judge of WBC World Coffee Maker Competition.
Wei Lingpeng studied Human Resources at Renmin University of China for his undergraduate degree. In 2004, he crossed over into the coffee industry with his passion. The inspiration for the brand name "Eight Square" comes from the "8x8 layout" of the international chess board. At present, the competition in the coffee market is becoming increasingly fierce. He always adheres to quality, carefully selects high-quality green beans, and researches roasting techniques. The training school he established has trained tens of thousands of coffee enthusiasts over the past 20 years.
Shedding the halo of honor, he harbored simple expectations in his heart. As he grew older, he sought a quiet small shop to brew a cup of pure coffee for the destined person he met.
